Macro friendly ยท West Anderson Lane
Fast food that actually fits your macros.
Most fast casual asks you to guess. We print the protein grams next to the price, so you can pick from the number instead of the photograph. Our Protein House bowls run 56 to 77 grams of protein, from $11.00.
Why the grams are on the menu at all
Because people kept asking, and guessing is not an answer. If you are tracking, a bowl described as hearty tells you nothing and a bowl described as 69 grams tells you everything.
Every figure on this site is printed on our menu. Nothing is estimated and nothing is rounded up. That cuts both ways, and we would rather it did: dishes we have not had measured yet carry no number at all rather than a flattering guess, which is why you will not see grams on the crepes.
Pick from a number, not a photograph
Set a protein target and every dish that reaches it appears, highest first, with the price. If you need 70 grams at lunch, you get the short list rather than the whole menu.
You can also build the bowl yourself. Choose the main, the veg mix, the sauce and the base, and the protein from your main and the running price update as you pick. The tool only counts figures our menu prints, so it tells you the protein from your main and says plainly that the veg, sauce and base add more that we have not had measured.
Built to order, not assembled in advance
Natural chicken breast, dark chicken, beef tenderloin, tiger shrimp, salmon, katsu chicken or organic tofu, all cooked when you order rather than held in a tray. Gluten-free choices run through the menu and are marked.
